S-DEZIGNS

Located at the entrance to Portsmouth, on a historically sensitive site along the Hilsea Lines, my role was the design
and development of a modern multi use office building that could act as a gateway building to the city of Portsmouth
while maintaining the integrity of a historic site. I worked through RIBA stages A to D as well as the production of the
3D renderings. The project gained planning approval in 2004.
