Introduced to the project as part of the tender package proposal, and responsible for the coordination between the architects and various consultants using Revit. As well as the development of parts of the external façade package within Revit.
Located within the Royal Borough of Greenwich to south of the O2 Arena, and part of phase 2 of the Terry Farrell redevelopment master-plan. The Peninsula Riverside plots are a gateway site to central London and will provide foreground to the tower clusters at Canary Wharf and The City of London beyond.
The project compromised of 2 separate plots with two towers and low-rise buildings with a central square tying them together. The proposal would deliver 519 new homes with a mix of residential tenure.
