The redevelopment of the Greenford site on the banks of the Grand Union Canal, is proposed as one of the largest built-to-rent residential schemes in the UK. The project proposes the development of 1,965 new homes, as well as amenity, and retail spaces for residents and local community.

As the BIM managers for SLCE Architects, we were tasked with development the BIM standards, templates, and libraries for the company. As well as the management of resources, coordination between consultants, and assessment of execution plans and project protocols.

Furthermore, due to the tight schedule of the projects, we developed the Revit models for the Greenford project.
